Locate the largest chip on your PCB board. (Circled red in the picture)

On this chip, there should be a row of numbers that says 100404195.

On the label side of the drive, near the top, there should be a line that says "Model: ST3750640A".

The P/N number is located a few rows below, it should say "9BJ048-300".

The Firmware number is located a few more rows below, it should say "3.AAC".

The Site Code is located below and to the right of the Firmware number, it should say "AMK". Check that the Date Code is in range.

If you have gotten to this step, then this PCB board is a match for your drive.

What this board is supposed to do for you:
