Samsung Drives

For Samsung, there is some unique calibration data on each board. Example

For some models, this unique data is absolutely necessary and cannot be replaced with a similar one. For other models, just the same general version is ok, but there are still many version available, so there is no way to guarantee compatibility. Please mail the old board to us, we will transfer this calibration data for you (firmware transfer) to ensure compatibility. (Complete procedure)

You will only need to find a physical match for the board, the firmware transfer will match the rest.
