All items will be shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of payment. If payment is received on Friday after 7 AM (Eastern Time), the item will be shipped on the following Monday. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If the item received is defective, simply send it back to us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it free of charge. We do not accept refunds due to the nature of the item being sold.


Frequently Asked Questions:

Regarding certain external hard drive enclosures/connectors:

Certain external hard drive enclosures/connectors need to be CONNECTED to your computer's usb port before your hard drive starts to spin. Also, some enclosures/connectors only accept one hard drive jumper setting, such as Master mode. Please remember to set your hard drive to the correct jumper setting!

What kind of equipment is needed to replace the circuit board?

A Torx screw driver, size T6 to T8, depending on the model. That's it. A few hard drives use small Phillips screws instead.
